Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Warrington. A person who can provide exemplary customer service and be responsible for account management and building positive relationships with clients by ensuring that our products are supplied timely and fit for purpose. The role will involve following up sales opportunities from initial enquiry to product delivery across all allocated accounts.
Responsibilities
- To follow up and generate sales opportunities, by telephone and email communication with clients/potential clients, including Designers and Architects
- Keep up to date with a wide and varied range of Ted Todd & Woodworks products, including new products and discontinued lines.
- Project manage medium/long term contracts, by liaising with internal departments and keeping customers informed and updated as to the status of their order, including possible delays.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow up of all opportunities and activities within CRM.
- Generate additional sales opportunities within your allocated client base including cross selling and upselling
- Maintain all client data systems in real time, as directed, to ensure all records and subsequent reporting and forecasting are accurate.
- Provide exemplary customer service, presenting a professional company image at all times.
- Process all quotes and orders accurately and in a timely manner for all clients.
- Be proactive in acquiring technical knowledge of flooring and installation.
- Work collaboratively to manage own professional development, including performance appraisal and identifying and meeting training needs in order to ensure competence and compliance
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be reasonably requested of you.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales/project management, ideally within the interior design or flooring sectors.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer preferences.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
