Position Overview:
As an Internal Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to consult with businesses and book appointments with their key decision-makers. You will generate sales, nurture customer relationships, and support our business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with businesses via phone to identify their communication needs and book appointments with key decision-makers
Promote and sell Wayv products and services
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including booking at least one appointment daily
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years proven experience in business to business (B2B) sales.
Ability to confidently sell to Managing Directors and senior decision makers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Target-driven with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Salary & On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Basic salary of 30,000 per annum
OTE of 55,000 per year based on booking at least one appointment per day
