Prime Electrical Distributors are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and lead generation. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, utilizing inside sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while upselling additional products or services.
Collaborate with Managing Director to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
Negotiate sales opportunities and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to assist in product development and marketing strategies.
Prospect new customer opportunities, targeting sales growth via a new B2B on-line platform.
Develop company profile through social media strategies.
Skills
Proven experience in internal sales, B2B sales, or direct sales environments.
Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
