Internal Sales Executive
to join our team in Watford. This role plays a key part in driving business growth through strong customer engagement and identifying new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Proactively make outbound sales calls to current and prospective customers
Promote relevant offers and upsell products effectively
Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions
Support overall sales efforts and contribute to the success of the branch
Requirements
Previous experience in a builders merchant environment (essential)
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Strong sales and upselling capabilities
Customer-focused and results-oriented
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Well-organised with a keen eye for detail
