We are seeking a highly capable and personable Project Manager to join our team, working closely with the Sales department and customers to support the delivery of large-scale packaging and envelope projects. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing enquiries from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring an exceptional client experience and seamless project execution.
The successful candidate will be a key link between Sales, clients, suppliers, and internal teams--helping to scope projects, source pricing, prepare costings, manage production, and oversee delivery timelines. This is a client-facing position where strong rapport-building skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Project Scoping
Collaborate closely with the Sales team and key clients to understand client enquiries and project requirements.
Attend client meetings as required, acting as the Project Manager to help shape and fulfil the brief.
Source pricing from suppliers and prepare accurate costings for the Sales team to present to clients.
Provide insight into manufacturing capabilities to ensure proposed solutions are achievable and cost-effective.
Project Management & Delivery
Take full ownership of projects from enquiry through to final delivery.
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Build strong, professional relationships with clear communications with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
Develop and maintain excellent rapport with suppliers to support efficient and effective project delivery.
Work collaboratively with the Sales team to elevate the overall client experience.
Key Skills & Attributes

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think proactively and adapt to challenges.
Understanding of manufacturing processes related to packaging and envelopes (desirable, but training can be provided).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable in both client-facing and supplier-facing interactions.
Experience
Previous experience in project management, production management, account management, or coordination (ideally within print, packaging, manufacturing, or similar industries).
Experience working closely with clients and suppliers
