You'll work closely with our sales team to process orders, speak with suppliers, handle admin tasks, and keep customers updated. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, with strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders using internal sales systems.
Preparing purchase orders and chasing supplier ETAs
Supporting the sales team with quotes, stock checks, and follow-ups
Keeping CRM records updated and accurate
Managing order issues and coordinating with production/artwork teams
What We're Looking For:
Experience in an admin, sales support, or purchasing role (preferred)
Strong IT skills and CRM experience (Zoho a bonus)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
A team player with a problem-solving attitude
