Duties

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. Monitor team performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and productivity. Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct regular training sessions to equip the team with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and market conditions for management review.
