Party Planner
,you will assist the operations and sales teams in ensuring all pre-booked events and reservations run smoothly. You'll handle daily enquiries,request pre-orders,and update bookings with any changes -- making sure every guest enjoys an unforgettable Piano Works experience.You'll be focused solely on our
Covent Garden
venue.#

What We're Looking For
? Minimum
1 year of experience
in Hospitality or Retail Sales?
Strong communication skills
and fluent spoken English? Excellent
organisational and administrative abilities
? Confident using computers and booking systems
? A friendly,proactive,and guest-oriented attitude
? Able to handle pressure and multi-task during busy periods
