The Role:
As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. You will interact with customers, handle inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Proactively call new and dormant customers, securing appointments for the senior management team.
Process sales orders and arrange deliveries.
Maintain and update customer records and databases.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales administration, preferably within a hire environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Excellent punctuality.
Excellent telephonic manner, including confidence when cold calling.
