Diverse Trainers is a respected and fast-growing training provider, known for delivering high-quality education in the health and fitness industry. We are now expanding into the beauty sector, and are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Verifier to support both our health & fitness and beauty qualifications.

About the Role:

As an Internal Verifier at Diverse Trainers, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our qualifications. You will support our assessors, ensure compliance with awarding body standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Internally verify a range of qualifications in line with regulatory and awarding body standards. Provide feedback, support, and guidance to assessors. Ensure consistency and fairness in assessment decisions. Participate in standardisation meetings and quality assurance processes. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., Award in Education and Training or equivalent). Hold an

Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)

qualification. Qualified in at least

several

of the following areas: Level 3 Personal Training Level 3 Pilates Level 3 & 4 Sports Massage Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Level 4 Master Practitioner Level 4 Nutrition Level 3 Exercise Referral
Hold relevant qualifications and internal verification experience for:

Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Any relevant Beauty qualifications
