About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven
International Key Partnerships Manager
to join our fashion wholesale team. This role is responsible for building, maintaining and growing strategic partnerships with key international wholesale accounts, ensuring brand consistency, sales growth and long-term success across global markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fashion wholesale, a good understanding of international markets, as well as experience managing key accounts and complex relationships across territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management
Own and manage relationships with key international wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with CWF's and licensed partners' goals and sales targets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, providing exceptional levels of service and commercial insight.
Develop and execute tailored budgets/business plans for each client, leveraging insights to drive growth.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new opportunities with the key strategic partnerships.
Negotiate commercial terms and conditions that are in line with company objectives.
Collaborate efficiently and effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate the maintenance and growth of the business and relationship with key strategic partners.
Sales & Performance
Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sell-through goals across your account portfolio.
Analyse sales data to optimise sell-in and sell-out performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform brand management teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, brand management, customer service, finance logistics and marketing teams to ensure that commercial objectives, strong brand representation and orderbook fulfilment and invoicing targets are achieved.
Align with brand management to give regional input on product development and assortments.
Market & Travel
Represent the brand at international trade shows, showrooms and partner meetings.
Travel regularly to key markets to build relationships, conduct store visits and assess in-market performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years' experience in key account management, ideally within the fashion industry.
Proven success managing international key accounts and achieving consistent sales growth.
Strong understanding of the regional retail landscape, consumer behaviours and fashion trends.
Fluency in English necessary.
Fluency in German preferred.
Additional language (e.g. French) is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal, and product-driven environment.
Strong Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) skills.
Driving Licence preferred.
