As we continue expanding our global presence, we are seeking an energetic and commercially aware Export Account Executive to help drive growth in our Middle East and South America distributor network and unlock new opportunities in these territories.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will be part of our dynamic international sales team, managing existing export accounts whilst proactively developing new sales channels in both the Middle East and South America. You will work with a small but experienced team of Export and Business Development Managers. Your goal is to maximise revenue and brand visibility, ensuring high standards of distributor engagement, compliance, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing distributor accounts in the allocated region, supporting distributors to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify, contact, and convert prospective customers and distributors in both the Middle East and South American markets.
We will provide training and commercial support which in turn you will share with our distributor partners as commercial support and training with our trade partners and clients.
Analyse sales data, forecast demand and monitor order cycles to ensure optimal stock planning and order fulfilment.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs) to ensure smooth export operations and compliance.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, territory plans and performance reviews for you own use and reporting to colleagues.
Attend international trade shows and customer meetings (occasional overseas travel required).
Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and local regulatory developments.
IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Whilst training will be provided if you have any of the following attributes that will be a distinct advantage in progressing your application:
Proven track record in international B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or FMCG.
Experience managing distributor networks and export markets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cultural awareness.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Business-level fluency in English.
Spanish or Portuguese or Arabic language skills would be highly desirable.
Familiarity with regional compliance and logistics processes is a plus.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Competitive base salary of 26,000-33,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus team commission / individual commission and end of year share of profits
Uncapped performance-based commission, paid monthly

Flexible working hours between 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote (laptop provided)
