Position: International Sales Executive
Location: Newark (Office-based with flexibility for travel to key accounts and events)

They are looking for an International Sales Executive to help drive global growth through a balance of new business acquisition and strategic account management. Focused equally on identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
Working as part of a dynamic sales team and reporting to the Head of Global sales, you'll work across a diverse customer base: building rapport, delivering sales targets, and supporting product launches throughout the year. The ideal position for someone commercially savvy and passionate about relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of global accounts.
Business Development: Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities within the UK and EU market.
Market Insight: Identify and capitalise on market gaps, particularly in areas underserved by competitors.
Strategic Sales Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Global sales to align with overall sales targets and market strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure product placement, marketing alignment, and operational efficiency.
Data Utilisation: Maintain CRM records and share customer and market insights with internal teams.
Candidate Requirements
Retail Partnership Expertise: Proven ability to open, manage and grow partnerships with B2B partners.
Commercial Focus: Strong commercial understanding of margins and pricing is essential.
Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term client relationships.
Proactive Mindset: Motivated to achieve results and drive business growth, utilising outbound calls as much as possible to find new partners.
CRM Proficiency: Has the ability to record meaningful data when engaging with customers in order to inform best practice.
Preferred Candidate:
Overview: The preferred candidate would have the ability to be adaptable and be able to demonstrate skills in both account management and business development. We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in successfully opening new business whilst also being able to nurture a tight account base, with room for expansion of this account base over time. The ideal candidate will have a track record of demonstrating consistent account growth whilst also being able to demonstrate the ability to turn industry leaders into customers. They should possess expertise in building relationships with category managers, presenting compelling value propositions about how the brand differentiates from main competitors, and aligning products with goals of the customer.
Additional Preferred Experience:
Experience in Wellness Products: The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate an understanding of the wellness industry, including market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
International trade experience: Familiarity with international partnerships and trade terms (e.g. FOB, EXW, INCOTERMS) would be favourable.
Regulatory awareness: A basic understanding and awareness of consumer product compliance is preferred but not essential.
Degree-level education in a business or related discipline is a plus.
