Join MPS as an I/O Operator!
What You'll Do:
The I/O Operator works in coordination with the rest of the I/O team to manage secure and time-critical electronic deliveries into and from the secure MPS production environment via various data transfer technologies, in addition to managing the content while within our network and archiving projects when necessary.
Due to the global nature of our business, this role will sometimes require these tasks to be carried out outside of normal office hours.
What You'll Bring:
You bring a solid grasp of automation and process efficiency. You understand the nuances of Digital Cinema formats and take content security seriously - ensuring materials are handled with precision and care. You'll also bring strong attention to detail, an ability to work calmly under time pressure, and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a team environment.
Experience with bash scripting, secure file transfer protocols, managing complex metadata, and troubleshooting tech hiccups will all come in handy.

Qualifications/Experience
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
2+ years' experience working in Post-production or Digital Cinema environments
Experience with Linux, OS-X, and Windows operating systems
Working experience with Aspera or other transfer technologies
Experience with LTO archiving format
