We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented

Irrigation Engineer

to design, implement, and maintain efficient irrigation systems for agricultural, landscaping, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water resource management, hydraulic systems, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop irrigation systems tailored to specific site conditions. Conduct site inspections and surveys to evaluate soil, water sources, and environmental impact. Prepare technical drawings, cost estimates, and project timelines. Supervise installation and monitor system performance. Troubleshoot and optimize existing irrigation systems for efficiency and sustainability. Collaborate with agronomists, landscapers, and civil engineers. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and water usage policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in irrigation system design and implementation. Proficiency in CAD software, GIS mapping, and hydraulic modeling tools. Strong knowledge of irrigation methods (drip, sprinkler, surface). Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification. Experience with sustainable and smart irrigation technologies.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
