What we're looking for:





As our new

IT Analyst

, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability, security, and performance of our internal IT environment. You'll work closely with colleagues across all departments: diagnosing issues, supporting new starters, managing systems like Microsoft 365 and Cisco Meraki, and helping us stay compliant within information security frameworks.

You'll be part of a small, trusted team where you'll have the autonomy to make improvements, contribute to projects, and continuously enhance how we operate.



You will:Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users Prepare, image, and deploy laptops and other end-user devices Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Cisco Meraki, and other core systems Manage compliance tasks, including patching, security updates, and audit preparation Support onboarding for new employees, including account setup and device provisioning Assist with data access, permissions, and application-related issues Participate in IT projects, including the rollout of new solutions and products Maintain clear, accurate documentation of systems, processes, and compliance activities Communicate progress and blockers proactively, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently Take ownership for delivering high-quality work and excellent user support


What you'll need to succeed:



Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure Identity Experience with network administration (Cisco Meraki preferred) Familiarity with compliance and information security frameworks, such as ISO27001 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service abilities
