Our four-year Apprenticeship Programme, at our East Cowes facility, is your chance to dive into the world of cutting-edge manufacturing and engineering -- no experience needed. You'll learn by doing, get paid while you train, and grow your skills alongside experienced colleagues who will support you all the way.





At GKN Aerospace, in partnership with the training provider, QA, and working in conjunction with the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship Standard, we'll teach you the skills you need to succeed - combining online learning with hands-on experience in real, industry-focused environments. This developmental role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions to understand the needs of stakeholders, in departments such as IT, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Commercial.





The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering IT solutions of the future - you will support daily operations, learn key systems, and contribute to strategic improvement projects - don't worry, we'll teach you how!

To join us, you'll need:

Level 3 Qualification

, either:


A-Levels (x3) - Grades A to C, including one of the following subjects: Maths, Computer Science or Information Technology T-Level (Digital) Other relevant Level 3 Qualification

Plus

GCSEs or equivalent:

Maths: Grade 9 - 4 English: Grade 9 - 4 Computer Science: Grade 9 - 4 Plus Two more: Grade 9 - 4

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will rotate around the different business functions to learn and support daily operations to see how the business functions. You'll build the core skills, knowledge and confidence you need to succeed in your apprenticeship and beyond.
