Job Description
The IT & Compliance manager will be responsible for all IT, Infrastructure and Compliance at NedGraphics. This a key role to ensure that the business continues to operate in an efficient and secure way.
NedGraphics strategy is to use Cloud Services in preference to on-prem solutions, to support an agile, geographically distributed organization.Responsibilities
- IT Procurement for Software and Cloud Services
- Remaining current with emerging technologies, and driving adoption of appropriate technology
- Aligning IT infrastructure with the evolving needs of the business
- Endpoint Management for Windows Laptops, Macs and mobile devices
- Managing Microsoft 365
- Owning and Implementing Information Security policies
- Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations
- Managing backups, evaluating risk and ensuring adherence to internal and external SLAs
- Providing Technical Support to technical and non-technical users
- Managing the IT team
- Managing a budget and forecast for IT expenditure
- Coordinating with the portfolio IT Leader
Desired Skills / Experience
The following skills will be needed for the role. We don\xe2\x80\x99t expect you to have 100% of these on day one but will expect you to upskill on those skills you might be missing.- Knowledge of Cloud PaaS (AWS or Azure)
- Knowledge of Networking Technologies (Physical and/or Cloud)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of device provisioning/securing for Windows and Mac users
- Experience coordinating installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Contract negotiation
- Good knowledge of GDPR and CCPA
- Good knowledge of Information Security best practices
- Knowledge of support ticketing systems
