What\'s in it for you? This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team of 3, managing and driving a wide variety of project initiatives of varying size and complexity and contributing to the growth and development of the business. The team: Octopus Labs is the tech division of Octopus group. Working in our Labs team means you will be building and innovating tech solutions for a group of businesses that are genuinely improving the world around us. What you\'ll be doing:

• Working closely with the tech leadership team to project manage the delivery of technical upgrades and improvements to our systems and capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management of projects in accordance with the project scope.
• Defining project resource requirements in conjunction with the technical & cyber teams.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation, including all relevant registers.
• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to accurately capture requirements.
• Monitoring & reporting on project progress.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
\xe2\x9c\x85 End to end project management experience combined with excellent stakeholder management skills \xe2\x9c\x85 In-depth knowledge of project methodologies. \xe2\x9c\x85 Technically minded and have experience working alongside tech & cyber teams. \xe2\x9c\x85 Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Big Picture, MS Project, Sharepoint. \xe2\x9c\x85 PRINCE2 Practitioner accreditation desirable, but not essential.
