Salary up to 28,000 depending on experience

As an IT Support Assistant you'll be:



Using your technical skills to support teams with laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices, and videoconferencing equipment. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues while delivering exceptional customer service and handling day-to-day IT administration. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to wider business IT projects to develop skills further.

To be successful in your role you'll have:



Essential

Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Confident communication skills, including engaging with users whose first language may not be English Solid knowledge of IT platforms Familiarity with Google Workspace applications Proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively Well-developed planning and organisational skills Enthusiasm for learning and developing within the role
Desirable

Previous experience with Salesforce
