In this role, you will support the continued growth of two of our key brands:

Direct Corporate Clothing

- off-the-shelf PPE and workwear contract specialists

Incorporatewear

- bespoke corporate uniform specialists
You will also contribute to establishing WWUGL as a recognised and respected brand in its own right.

Role Overview

You will lead and manage the company's ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central) and Dematic Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role focuses on ensuring seamless integration between systems, optimising warehouse workflows, maintaining system reliability, and delivering actionable insights to support operational excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

ERP (Dynamics NAV / Business Central)



Administer and configure NAV/BC environments, user roles, permissions, and workflows Optimise core processes including Order-to-Cash, Inventory, and Procurement Manage system customisations and extensions with partners, including UAT and deployments Maintain master data integrity (items, SKUs, BOMs, warehouse locations) Produce operational and financial reports using NAV/BC, SQL, and Power BI

Dematic WMS & Warehouse Automation



Own and maintain Dematic WMS configuration, users, and operational parameters Integrate WMS with ERP for real-time inventory, order fulfilment, and stock movements Monitor and optimise automated material handling systems (conveyors, AS/RS, voice-picking) Troubleshoot WMS and automation issues and manage escalations with Dematic support Implement slotting strategies, wave planning, and throughput optimisation

Systems Integration & Data



Design and maintain integrations between ERP, WMS, and other platforms (e-commerce, TMS) Manage APIs, EDI, and middleware including Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate Ensure data accuracy, synchronisation, validation, and audit controls Develop dashboards and KPIs for warehouse performance, order accuracy, and uptime

Security & Compliance



Enforce role-based access control, MFA, and GDPR compliance Maintain audit trails, change logs, and disaster recovery plans Conduct regular system health checks and failover testing

Vendor & Stakeholder Management



Manage Microsoft and Dematic vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance Plan and manage budgets for licences, hardware, and system upgrades Communicate system changes and deliver training for super-users and warehouse staff

Leadership



Lead and support a small team of IT analysts and WMS specialists Develop SOPs and system documentation Drive continuous improvement across IT and warehouse operations
Key Performance Indicators

ERP and WMS system uptime and reliability (target 99.9%+) Order fulfilment accuracy and on-time dispatch Inventory accuracy between ERP and WMS Warehouse throughput and productivity improvement Reduction in manual interventions and system errors Integration success rate and data synchronisation accuracy Mean time to resolve system and automation incidents On-time delivery of system enhancements and upgrades User adoption and reduction in support tickets Timeliness and quality of operational and financial reporting Compliance with security, audit, and GDPR requirements Stakeholder satisfaction across IT, warehouse, and finance Vendor SLA adherence and cost control
Experience Required

3-5+ years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central Hands-on experience with Dematic WMS or comparable warehouse automation systems Strong understanding of warehouse operations and automated material handling Proven experience with ERP-WMS integrations, APIs, EDI, and middleware Solid SQL and Power BI skills for reporting and analytics Experience managing system changes, UAT, and deployments Knowledge of security, access control, and compliance best practices Experience leading or mentoring IT or systems-focused teams Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
