Are you tech-savvy and solutions-oriented? As an IT Technician at our logistics site, you'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the warehouse system infrastructure. From ensuring data accuracy and system functionality to assisting users and optimising warehouse processes, this role offers variety and responsibility in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and monitor the warehouse management system, ensuring smooth operation and data accuracy
Identify and resolve basic issues related to computer equipment and system performance
Verify system data consistency and synchronisation between platforms
Support users with day-to-day system usage and troubleshoot common IT queries
Generate and deliver reports for warehouse departments
Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimise processes through system use
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate improvements and updates

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or IT technician role, ideally in a logistics or warehouse environment (IT-related education is a plus)
Proven knowledge of computer hardware diagnostics, configuration, and basic maintenance
Practical understanding of data systems, synchronisation, and infrastructure monitoring
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset, and ability to work independently
Effective communication skills with non-technical users
