Oversee and manage the IT ticketing system to address technical issues efficiently.
Prioritize and resolve IT support tickets within established timelines.
Ensure all technical systems and equipment within each venue are in optimal working condition.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs when necessary.
Work closely with the IT Installations Manager to support venue installations and setups.
Collaborate with the Venue and Operations Support team to provide technical assistance when required.
Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure optimal functionality of systems.
Facilitate collaboration with external partners to maximize the use of systems and technologies.
Identify opportunities to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
Implement strategies to maximize the functionality and usability of technical systems.
Key Skills/Experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of EPOS, PDQ's and CCTV systems would be desirable
Experience working with and troubleshooting Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
Basic knowledge of networking (Unifi Infrastructure) would be desirable but not essential
Microsoft 365 admin centre knowledge (including SharePoint, Exchange and Teams) would be desirable
Experience setting up company mobile phones
Working Arrangement
Tuesday to Saturday - Manchester venue/WFH/venue visits as business requires.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & Bank Holiday when required.
Hotel overnight stays as required to meet the needs of the business.
Attend and participate in company meetings.
Multiple platforms for communicating with HQ Support & site teams to include phone, email and Teams.
