JCB Parts & Service Sales RepresentativeRole Overview:Dennison JCB is the official JCB dealer for construction, industrial and access equipment and generators in Northern Ireland and Donegal.Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this is a key role within the aftersales side of our business, focusing primarily on promoting and supporting sales opportunities for our Dennison JCB parts and service offering, to both existing and new customers.Location:The role will be field based for the majority of the time across Northern Ireland and into Donegal and, will liaise closely with our award winning Dennison JCB Depot close to Templepatrick.As an equal opportunities employer, Dennison Commercials Ltd. welcomes applicants regardless of age, sex, marital status, race, sexual orientation, religious belief, political opinion or disability.About the roleKey Duties and Responsibilities:xc2xb7 To implement tailored customer plans for our existing customer basexc2xb7 To identify, and secure, new customers; building long term effective working relationships and implementing tailored customer plans with clear guidance on parts and servicing pricesxc2xb7 Work to successfully achieve growth targets in parts and service sales as set by managementxc2xb7 Record customer visits, calls and contact within the appropriate relevant software packagexc2xb7 Obtain market intelligence and report on competitor activityxc2xb7 Identify any potential impress stock opportunities and agree these with local depot management prior to setting up customer agreements. Monitor and manage impress stock levels on a monthly basisxc2xb7 Report to management, errors, discrepancies, and damages for action to be takenxc2xb7 Raise necessary invoices and goods return notes in conjunction with local depotxc2xb7 Assist with the co-ordination of campaigns, events, and represent the company as requiredxc2xb7 Pass on customer complaints in line with company proceduresxc2xb7 Respond to customer queries in a timely manner and keep in regular contact with customers to obtain sales of Company products or servicesxc2xb7 Successfully build effective working relationships with key brand manufacturer representativesxc2xb7 Maintain personal appearance/presentation, and working habits to reflect both the company and brand imageAbout the companyFamily-run business, Dennison Commercials has been serving the transport industry for over 50 years. As well as being one of the longest established Volvo Truck & Bus dealers in the UK and Ireland, Dennisons is also the appointed JCB dealer in Northern Ireland & Donegal for JCB construction, industrial, and access equipment.The Dennison Group has depots based in Ballyclare, Newry, Dungannon, and Coleraine. We also have a Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop located in Ballyclare and our JCB dealership is located in Templepatrick.Required Criteria

• Experience working in or significant knowledge of the plant or agri industry
• Demonstrable knowledge of construction plant machinery, including parts and attachments
• Be able to work methodically within defined processes and pay attention to detail
• Be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the final implications of decisions taken
• Be a confident and competent decision maker
• Possess the drive to identify potential growth opportunities and effectively analyse associated risks
• Have the ability to negotiate strongly and effectively, in a professional manner
• Possess the ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships to drive customer loyalty and confidence
• Be an excellent communicator who listens actively, thinks strategically and has the ability to gain credibility at all levels
• Possess a proactive, flexible and methodical approach to work
• Be self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure using their own initiative and reacting to changing priorities
• Be able to manage time effectively
• Be able to work unsupervised and on your own initiative
• Possess demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Possess a full, valid driving licence

• Previous experience of selling parts, attachments and/or service contracts is highly desirable
• Previous experience and use of CRM systems would be desirable
