About the Role
You will develop and deliver skills training and activities for learners on JGW+ programmes that are enriching and focused on well-being as well as essential skills. The primary purpose of the role is to engage with learners who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) through set modules comprising of mini projects, volunteer, enterprise and community schemes. You will have the ability to differentiate and challenge all learners' ability levels. Willingness to travel between centres to support learners as required.
As a Skills Tutor you will help learners to think about their futures and provide some focus on accessible career paths, whilst creating progression opportunities for both further work-based learning and employment.
This role is varied, and no two days are the same and neither are our learners, we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in a young person's life and help them reach their goals! If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!

Experience of teaching/delivery within a learning environment
