Strategic Creative Development




Develop performance-driven creative strategies that align with client business objectives, using data and insights to guide decision-making Create comprehensive creative testing roadmaps based on core client KPIs and deep audience research Transform customer insights into compelling messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions Continuously experiment with new creative concepts and strategies to deliver breakthrough results for clients

Research & Insight Generation




Deep dive into client reviews, social platforms, and market research to extract key insights including: + Product and company value propositions that differentiate in the market
+ Customer pain points and emotional triggers
+ Desired outcomes and purchase motivations
+ Common misconceptions and objections to address
Develop informed messaging strategies based on comprehensive audience research and competitive analysis

Creative Direction & Collaboration




Brief creative iterations and new concepts to designers based on strategic roadmaps and performance insights Collaborate closely with Paid Social Specialists and creative teams to brainstorm breakthrough ideas and optimise campaign performance Lead UGC content strategy, working directly with creators to ensure high-quality, commercially viable content delivery Provide strategic feedback to creators to develop and improve their UGC creative output

Performance Analysis & Optimisation




Analyse creative performance using key storytelling metrics including hook rates, hold rates, and 100% video play rates Use creative reporting data to inform strategic decisions and guide future campaign directions Implement creative systems and best practices to ensure consistent, scalable results across client portfolios Contribute to team knowledge sharing and the development of creative excellence standards

Multi-Brand Portfolio Management




Manage multiple projects for different brands simultaneously, delivering quality strategy and briefing documents on time Ensure all creative strategies align with individual client needs while maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus Stay constantly aware of emerging trends across social platforms and identify new content angles and opportunities Lead content and creative strategy confidently across all major social media platforms

Essential Experience




Minimum 1 years

of experience working within media buying/creative, ideally within an agency setting Strong expertise in creative performance reporting and analysis, with deep understanding of key metrics Proven experience briefing creatives across multiple platforms based on performance data and strategic insights Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research with strong pattern recognition skills Experience adopting and implementing creative systems and processes for scalable results

Strategic & Analytical Skills




Excellent understanding of human psychology, sociology, and consumer behaviour -- you know why people buy Strong knowledge of key storytelling creative metrics and how to optimise for performance Ability to transform complex data into actionable creative strategies and clear briefing documents Experience with creative testing methodologies and performance measurement frameworks
