Job Title: Registered Home Manager - Children's Residential Services

Location: Bury, Greater Manchester

Salary: 45,000 - 70,000 (DOE)

About the Role:

Noble Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Registered Home Manager to oversee a children's residential home in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven childcare professional ready to step into a senior leadership position with full responsibility for the care and management of the home.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with children in a care setting At least 6 months of experience in a Deputy Manager or Interim Manager role within a children's residential environment Proven ability to lead and manage residential services for children in line with Ofsted standards Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, and team leadership A relevant Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it)
Main Responsibilities:

Hold full registration with Ofsted and ensure the home delivers compliant, high-quality care Lead on staff recruitment, training, supervision, and development Manage care plans, audits, budgets, and placement coordination Foster a nurturing, safe, and structured environment for children and young people Promote collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams (education, health, therapy, etc.) Ensure compliance with children's legislation, GDPR, and company policies Champion diversity, equality, and anti-discriminatory practice within the home
