We are seeking a skilled and reliable time served multiskilled joiner to join our team. Please note that you

must be a time served joiner

with a minimum of 3 years experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. Conduct repairs on fixtures, and furniture as needed. Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action for repairs. Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills

Basic/advanced skills in other trades like plumbing, electrical and painting Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Excellent time management skills to efficiently prioritise tasks. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Previous experience in maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred Driving licence essential
