Conduct comprehensive cost analysis to ensure estimates align with project requirements and budget constraints.
Client Interaction
Liaise with clients to understand project specifications, offer professional advice, and ensure client satisfaction.
Supplier Negotiation
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
Documentation
Produce detailed documentation, including cost breakdowns, material lists, and project timelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
Minimum of 10 years' experience in joinery estimation with a proven track record of successful project bids.
Education
Relevant degree or qualification in joinery, construction management, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge
Proficient in joinery and construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Organisational Skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
