What You'll Be Doing
As part of our
Legal Support Team
, you'll support the legal journey of our conveyancing transactions (the legal process behind buying/selling a house), ensuring compliance, speed, and service quality. Day to day, you'll:
Manage and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Handle incoming post, ensuring details are accurately logged and processed
Take ownership of urgent and ad-hoc admin tasks to keep files moving
Send out client documentation and track signatures
Support the wider legal team as needed
You'll play a vital role in helping over 100 team members work efficiently
