Summary

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team in the GB area. Based in our office, you will play a vital role in creating detailed technical drawings and models that support our construction projects. Your expertise will help us deliver precise designs that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret technical requirements. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications. Update and maintain CAD files for ongoing projects. Assist in preparing schematics and technical documentation. Support site teams with accurate drawings during construction phases. Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes. Participate in project meetings to provide technical insights.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CAD Technician or similar role within the construction or engineering industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, NavisWorks, SketchUp, and MicroStation. Strong understanding of schematic design and construction processes. Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues. Relevant qualifications or certifications in CAD or related fields are preferred.
