Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote marketing campaigns and services
Handle inbound calls professionally, answering questions and providing product information
Record customer feedback and update client databases accurately
Support the sales and marketing teams by generating leads and qualifying prospects
Resolve customer enquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Skills and Qualifications
