Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote products, services, or events on behalf of clients
Handle inbound calls, providing information and resolving customer queries
Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
Skills and Qualifications
