As a Junior Call Centre Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our campaigns by providing excellent customer service over the phone. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with client queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make and receive customer calls on behalf of various marketing campaigns
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions
Record and update customer information using internal systems
Handle enquiries and resolve basic issues with professionalism and empathy
Support lead generation and follow-up activities for the sales team
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
