As a

Junior Call Centre Associate

, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to answer queries, promote our clients' services, and build strong relationships. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in marketing, customer service, and sales support within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with enquiries about marketing campaigns, products, or services Provide product knowledge and support to ensure customers receive accurate and helpful information Log and track interactions using internal systems with attention to detail Work closely with marketing and events teams to understand campaign goals and support call activity accordingly Follow call scripts and compliance procedures, adapting tone and approach as needed Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell or guide them to relevant services Report feedback and insights from calls to improve campaign outcomes Maintain professionalism and a high level of service in every interaction

Requirements



Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Confident, polite, and customer-focused manner Basic IT skills and the ability to navigate call centre software Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure Willingness to learn and grow within the marketing and customer service fields Previous experience in a call centre, sales, or customer service role is a plus but not essential
