Role Overview



As a

Junior Call Centre Associate

, you will be the first point of contact between our clients and their customers. You will assist in outbound and inbound calls, support marketing campaigns, and help deliver a positive customer experience that aligns with our clients' brand values.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Support the wider marketing team with campaign follow-ups and data collection Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate issues where necessary Meet daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume and quality metrics Stay informed about the company's services and client offerings

Previous customer service or call centre experience Basic understanding of sales or marketing principles
