We are looking for a motivated Junior Call Centre Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the smooth running of our call centre operations by coordinating schedules, managing communication between teams, and assisting with day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities
Assist in scheduling and coordinating call centre shifts and workloads
Monitor daily call centre activities to ensure targets and quality standards are met
Support call centre agents by providing information and resolving basic operational issues
Liaise between the marketing team and call centre agents to facilitate communication and campaign execution
Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and team performance metrics
Help train and onboard new call centre staff
Compile reports on call centre performance and highlight areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Office and basic CRM software
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in a call centre or marketing environment is an advantage but not essential
