Role Overview:



We are looking for a motivated

Junior Call Centre Support Executive

to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our outbound and inbound campaigns, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency. Provide support to the sales and marketing teams by updating client records and tracking campaign progress. Assist customers with enquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about marketing services. Maintain accurate records of interactions and report feedback to supervisors. Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure the call centre runs smoothly. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm, ambition, and a willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Previous call centre or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
