About the role:

We need you to be able to:

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served. Coordinate line cooking, food preparation and plating. Maintain operation and health and safety and hygiene standards. Monitor food stocks and optimise orders to achieve food margins. Be reliable, trustworthy and punctual. Understand HACCP and Key Operations in a modern kitchen. Run a busy and fast paced service. Place orders when needed. Be flexible. Clean after yourself.
