Role Overview



As a

Junior Customer Service Advisor

, you will be the first point of contact for customers engaging with our marketing campaigns. You will assist with enquiries, provide information on products or services, and ensure a positive and memorable customer experience. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in customer service, marketing, or sales.

Key Responsibilities



Provide friendly, professional support to customers at promotional events and campaign sites Respond to questions and guide customers through available products or services Represent client brands with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism Capture customer data accurately and report feedback to campaign managers Resolve any basic issues or escalate more complex concerns when required Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign objectives and targets Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times

No previous experience required - full training is provided. We're looking for driven individuals with a passion for people and communication.
