Role Overview



As a

Junior Customer Service Advisor

, you'll be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. You'll support campaign efforts by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities



Interact with customers face-to-face, via phone, and online to provide information about products and services Assist in resolving customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner Gather customer feedback and report key insights to the marketing team Support ongoing promotional campaigns by maintaining accurate product knowledge Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation at all times Work as part of a team to meet customer satisfaction targets and campaign goals

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
