Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about our marketing services and campaigns
Assist clients with any issues or concerns, escalating when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Support the customer service team in daily operations and projects
Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
