Job Description



As a Junior Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent support and ensuring their enquiries are handled efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with a friendly approach who is eager to develop their customer service skills in the marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about our marketing services and campaigns Assist clients with any issues or concerns, escalating when necessary Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems Support the customer service team in daily operations and projects Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and professional attitude Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM software Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential A positive, team-oriented mindset

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
