As a

Junior Customer Service Advisor

, you will support our clients and campaign teams by delivering outstanding customer care. Whether answering questions, resolving issues, or ensuring satisfaction, you will be central to maintaining the high standards that set us apart.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face Provide prompt, helpful, and professional support to clients and consumers Maintain detailed records of interactions using our CRM system Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach Communicate feedback from customers to relevant internal teams Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support campaign delivery Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions

What We're Looking For:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanour Highly organised with attention to detail Willingness to learn and take on feedback Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently Passion for customer care and marketing Previous experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not required
