As a Junior Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling enquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing general support for our marketing campaigns. You'll act as a key point of contact, helping us maintain strong relationships with customers and ensuring a positive brand experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist with customer concerns, complaints, and questions, ensuring swift and effective resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Support the marketing team with campaign-related communication
Provide insights and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction
