Role Overview:


As a Junior Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling enquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing general support for our marketing campaigns. You'll act as a key point of contact, helping us maintain strong relationships with customers and ensuring a positive brand experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner Assist with customer concerns, complaints, and questions, ensuring swift and effective resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Support the marketing team with campaign-related communication Provide insights and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery

What We're Looking For:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first approach Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks Good organisational and time-management skills Eagerness to learn and grow within the company Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus, but not essential - full training provided
