Role Overview:


As a Junior Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our clients' brands. You'll engage with customers, answer queries, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional. This is a great opportunity to build valuable communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with customers face-to-face at events, residential locations, or retail spaces Provide product and service information clearly and confidently Resolve basic enquiries and support customer needs with a helpful, friendly attitude Promote our clients' brand values through excellent service and presentation Collect customer feedback and assist with campaign reporting Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes

What We're Looking For:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, approachable, and customer-focused attitude Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team spirit Ability to handle feedback and learn quickly Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not essential Interest in marketing, branding, or promotional work
