As a Junior Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our clients' brands. You'll engage with customers, answer queries, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers face-to-face at events, residential locations, or retail spaces
Provide product and service information clearly and confidently

Collect customer feedback and assist with campaign reporting
