Key Responsibilities



Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Assist with handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities by engaging with customers. Maintain accurate customer records and report insights to the management team. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
