Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Junior Customer Service Assistant to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting marketing campaigns through excellent customer interactions. You will help represent brands, assist customers, and contribute to positive brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and professional customer support across marketing campaigns and events Assist customers with enquiries related to products, services, and promotions Represent brands positively during customer-facing activities Support sales and marketing initiatives through effective communication Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Assist with event support, promotions, and brand activations as required Provide general administrative and operational support
