We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. You will assist in managing client communications, coordinating customer service activities, and supporting the delivery of excellent customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone keen to develop their skills in customer relations within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the customer service team by managing daily client enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Coordinate communication between clients and internal marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed
Assist with scheduling meetings and follow-ups with clients
Help resolve client issues promptly by liaising with relevant departments
Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns where necessary
Prepare reports on customer service performance and client satisfaction
Support the onboarding of new clients and provide basic product/service information
Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work well within a team and independently
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
Previous experience in customer service or marketing support is a plus but not essential
