Role Overview:



As a

Junior Customer Service Representative

, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring a positive experience while supporting the marketing team. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about customer engagement and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and online channels. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally. Assist in resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Support the marketing team by providing insights from customer interactions. Help coordinate and schedule client appointments or campaigns.

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of marketing or willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
