As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt, professional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills within the marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound client enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Assist clients with questions related to marketing campaigns, services, and accounts Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide updates Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing clear guidance and assistance Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and escalate issues where necessary Contribute to developing client service strategies and best practices Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on new products and services

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Friendly and patient approach to customer interactions Ability to work well independently and within a team Basic knowledge of marketing concepts is an advantage but not essential
